George Bell & Tom Harman Creative Director Team

 

We’ve built and managed a creative department, won pitches galore, articulated an agency’s vision, and enjoy the odd spot of mentoring both in-house and at various colleges: including Central St. Martins, SCA and Buck’s. We have a strong entrepreneurial vision when it comes to producing work, and we like to instil this within the wider agency team.

Everything should be an experience. That’s our creative philosophy. Whatever the media – digital, social, even humble direct mail – we’re passionate about producing immersive ideas that don’t feel like traditional advertising.

In our spare time Tom writes children's books and George is a very part-time stand-up comedian.
